Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a lot of RAM management problems especially after the android 5.0 lollipop update. Samsung have not done anything to address this problem so users are still waiting for an update from Samsung to correct this bug.
If you will not like to wait, this tutorial is just for you. The catch here is that you will have to root your device and install a custom recovery like TWRP or CWM.
Root your Galaxy Note 4 with iroot or Kingroot.
Download the IMG file of your device from the list below.
Download this zip file from here
Copy it to a convenient place in your phone storage.
Flash the IMG file using Flashify. Learn how to use Flashify from here
After flashing the recovery image,
Boot into the new custom recovery by holding down Volume up >> Home >> Power button.
Select Install from zip
Browse your phone storage and select the zip file you downloaded (GalaxyNote4_RAM_Optimizer-last.zip)
Select Yes to flash (CWM) or Swipe to Flash (TWRP)
Reboot device.
Now enjoy good RAM management :)
Note:
Do not install any of this recovery images below if you are using AT&T SM-N910A or Verizon SM-N910V. They have locked bootloaders......
