      16+1 = 16GB ROM and 1GB RAM version
      16+2 = 16GB ROM and 2GB RAM version

      Bros, i ve tried every trick ive come across on the net, my totally dead x510 can't be detected by the flash tools. i ve tried the (mediatek flash tool and the infinix flash tool) but none is working.i ve removed the back, taken the battery connected out and back, but still when i connect to the pc, nothing happens,really frustrating.what do i do mann? i ve tried it on 2 diff pc's, win 10 and win 7 still nothing.helllllppppp!!!

    Great Engineer there is an issue with hot 2 after firmware upgrade the phone dead after the upgrade but what I notice is that the production of hot 2 since March 1st are dead after upgrade, so kindly help with this issue Engineer.

    Amparas pls I have a challange, I flashed an Infinix Hot 2 16 1 with the correct rom, but it killed the phone, I know wen I checked the fone details b4 flashing it was infinix 510bells, a new OS that come with file manager default, I had to swap my board n gv the owner mine, can u help me find a way to fix this dead one, maybe find the compatible rom, the 510bells stock rom..       Well just 2 solutions to your problem
      1. Check if vcom drivers are properly installed on the PC you are trying to flash your device on.
      2. If the vcom driver is ok and the device is actually dead, use this method here

      Your X510 with MT6572 chip is clone (copy). The ROM here is for the original version of the phone.

      Dont worry anbout the 16+1 and 16+2 stuff. If theres Android One at the back of the phone, use the updated file above with Androidone and if theres no Android One on the phone use D5110. Hope this helps

    After flashing my hot 2 2GB ram with MM version it started hanging and shows unfortunate Google playservice has stop, stops every functioning app including settings and hang for long time and reboot... Atimes it hangs while booting... Pls Admin help me out.
