    pls i need help. whenever i plug my tecno g9 to charge it just contiues to discarge instead of charge. this happened after i flashed a certain hovatek rom file i found on the net into my phone. pls what should i do. help pls.

      Sorry to hear that. All you need to do now is to reflash the Tecno G9 with Stock ROM G9-T211-PIC-20140924 file. I've not uploaded it yet

    I need you help urgently,my G9 is not making me happy at all,at any network even flash are it starts to bring up pop ups, apps instalation request and ads which make me not to be able to do anything.right now even when not on network it's worst. I've done factory reset several times but get worse

    i;ve found the rom at Hovatek rom site. just browse it on google it will direct you to the site. thanks ampara for the instruction. i did as you said and now my phone is working fine.

    I've been having this problem o my storage is always full. Can't save apps on my SD card can't download from playstore it will tell me no storage space. I'm getting frustrated on what to do. I installed 360 security and it told me I had a malicious app in my rom and need to update my rom

      Backup your stuff and factory reset your device.
      If you still experience the same problem after that flash it with its firmware

    pls my G9 is misbehaving that i cant even use the phone again. it all became worst after i my first bank mobile app from play store. though it do install apps by its self but just 1 or 2, which once i see i will uninstall immediately, but this time around it downloaded over 10 apps, and it keeps telling me that each of those apps has stop working, after uninstalling all the apps it installed, i keep getting same annoying popups every second that so so apps (which i dont know about) has stop working. currently i cant even switch on my hotspot, it shows me a notification "memory card damaged" even after removing the memory card. i have formatted it still not ok. pls what should i do?

    Mine is tecno g9-t211-pic-20150130, it goes back to home screen every now and then especially whenever my Wifi is put on ,it wont even allow me to stay 30 seconds on any app, it will quit and return to home. Solution Please
