      1. Go to settings. 2. to About device/tablet click on it 3. check build number. It should look like = S9-GP831-20140220

    go to settings. scroll down to about phone/device. click on it. then from the drop down menu, click on build number. you should see filmware/Rom of phone. write it out. it should be in this format. S9-GP831-20140220
