You can use apps like Root checker to check if the phone is properly rooted
Hi, I have been trying to do this but for some reason when I get to the recovery menu and press it, it just loads up the phone as normal, but if I then turn it off and on again and click recovery it shows "no command" I don't suppose you have any idea why this might be, I'm using Windows 10, Regards Chris
ReplyDeleteFrom what you wrote, I understand that the custom recovery has not been installed. If the process on SP Flash Tool is completed properly, You will be able to boot into the CWM recovery.
DeleteJust reflash the CWM recovery file again with SP Flash tool
same issue here. Re flashed it 4 times now. Always get the "no command"
Deletebtw, you can resolve this by doing the following.
ReplyDeleteWhen the "no command" prompt is shown:
- hit the power button for 2sec
- now hold the vol up
- release the vol
- release the power button
