    Please i just purchased a Snokor Rocket Z5000r a month ago. The phone recently got stuck in the booting mode and I've taken it for repairs to several places. The engineers tell me they successfully downloaded the software needed for flashing but the PC cannot detect my phone at all and that I probably would never be able to use the phone again..... please help me.

    Pls, how could you help me out with the repair of my Snokor Rocket?

    I recently reset the phone and the Google Play Services stopped working after rebooting. This has equally affected messaging, contact, loading of some third party apps and all google apps except Google Chrome!

      Download the ROM and flash it using this tutorial.
      Make use of the research download inside the ROM folder.
      NB: To load the ROM image, click settings button and OK.

      Yea there is no pac file inside the RAR. All you need to do to load the images is
      - Launch Research download inside the extracted folder.
      - Click on Settings button and then Click OK
      - You can now flash the phone

    HI My phone got stuck in boot loop . I tried your stock rom and the link says that I hold the volume down after removing the battery and connecting to pc. but once i do this the phone does not go to the reset screen.

      In this model how exactly do you go into the reset mode for the screen volume up and power button wont work . volume down and power button wont also. And I tried both volume keys plus power button but to no avail

      This device has SC7731 chip so the procedure on how to flash it applies but you will need to hold Volume UP button instead before you connect to PC so that ResearchDownload or UpgradeDownload Tool can detect it

    Just Launch RESEARCH DOWNLOAD >> tap on SETTING >> then click ''OK'' below (the files will load automatically) >> Start Download >> plug USB while volume UP & Down Or Down Only are holded. Wait for the process to show PASSED... that's all
