Upgrade Tecno Camon C8 to the new HiOS + Android 6.0 Marshmallow

We have been expecting Android 6.0 Marshmallow for Tecno Camon C8 but instead Tecno just released a Beta update of its new HiOS of this device. If you don't know, HiOS is a new custom user interface (UI) for Tecno just like the XUI on infinix. It makes your phone look smart, different and also fun to use.
Note
Make sure your device is not rooted.
At least 20% battery life
Make backup of your device (MoboRobo or Syncios are cool :D )
Romkingz is not responsible for whatever may happen to your device
Do at your own risk.

You can update your device to the new HiOS by flashing the update.zip package from SD card in recovery menu.
Follow the procedure below to update your device

Download the Update.zip file from the links below. Make sure you download the right one of your device.

Other Older Builds

Copy the update.zip file to the root of your SDcard

Turn off device and boot into stock recovery holding volume up + Power button for about 3secs

When you see the android robot with warning sign, hold volume up and press power button to enter into recovery menu

Navigate using volume and select Apply update from sdcard using power button.

Select update.zip or Tcard_update_20160415 from the menu

Wait for Update process to complete (takes about 2 mins)

When you see install from SDcard complete, Reboot your device
Note
After this update, the first boot will take longer than normal so be patient
