Fix XBO devices display problem after flash


Most times after flashing XBO devices, the display of the device is either white or shows some funny colors. This is as a result of flashing lk.bin or uboot.bin file which does not match the device.
Its always wise to make a backup of the following files boot.img, lk.bin or uboot.bin & logo.bin using a tool like Miracle Box just in case if things go wrong.
It will be nice if you guys can make backup of the files above and send so I can post it here to help others


Download XBO Stock ROMs/Firmwares from here


 How to use display fix files
Download and extract the display fix file of the phone you want to fix
Launch SP Flash tool
Click Scatter Loader Button
Navigate to the extracted folder
Select the scatter file
Click Download button
Connect device and wait for flash process to complete
Takes about 5 seconds

The following files below are display fix files for XBO devices only.












Due to the numerous XBO devices created monthly, I cannot keep up with uploading display fix files. If your device is not among in the list above, don't sweat. Just send me an email with a picture of your board id I will upload the file.

Note
Sometimes the firmware flashed on the device can be the cause of this. Be careful especially when you want to flash preloader.

    be careful and make backup before flash the device use mircale to read the flash file in the device and when it done if you face a problem flash the the backup you read without android and userdata but if the problem is the screen this will not work out

      All you need to do is flash your device again using another XBO M3 ROM. If your device cannot be detected by PC again use this method here

      If it is XBO V6 HTC Clone you are talking about, Use V6_MT6572_1.0.2 ROM and reflash the phone

    For those who have some input issues maybe you should try to reinstall drivers or some plugins, or replace dll core files with http://fix4dll.com/xinput1_3_dll. Anyway is better to try some instead of sitting and just asking for help.

      All i see here is X-BO Model:V8+ but its not the sony type because it boots with HTC animation.

      I flasged it successfully with a stock rom, but now the display is dead. All i see are straight lines running vertically when i turn it on.
      It works, even the touch works and sound but its only the diaplay.

      If you can just flash only boot.img file of your device the phone will be fine without no data loss. Just use miracle box and backup (Read) the phone. Select only boot and uboot then use it to flash ur phone.

    Please Sir @Admin, I downloaded Xbo V8+ Stock rom from here including the display fix files.....which I flashed but after a successful flash, the phones main camera wasn't working, only the front camera is functioning.
