DOWNLOAD ITEL IT1409 STOCK ROM


Note
Follow the instructions on how to flash the device carefully below
I will not take responsibility on whatever may happen to your device.
Flash at your own risk!

Make sure you are downloading the exact ROM of the device you want to flash because 
 flashing a wrong firmware, can render the device useless 
(can't power on, can't charge and will not be detected by a computer)

How to flash SPD devices with Research Download or UpgradeDownload Tool

Download an install SPD drivers from here
Download the latest version of Research Download or UpgradeDownload from here
Extract and Launch Research Download/UpgradeDownload Tool
Click on load icon
Navigate to the folder containing the firmware
Select the pac file in the firmware folder
Wait for it to load in Research Download/UpgradeDownload tool
Click Play/Start button
Now connect the device to PC while holding volume down key
(Some new devices requires holding volume up key)
Wait for flashing process to complete
When you see Passed! Then note that the flashing or upgrading process is complete
Disconnect and boot up device

You can also use tools like Miracle Box, infinity CMII, Volcano, GPG Dragon etc to flash or upgrade SPD devices

    Thank you 100% (it1409) but after the flash is complete, at the start of my phone support English and Chinoi language and no longer charging normally.
    If my device is detected the charge will start but even after 1:00 its always remains at 0%
    If it happens to meter 1% the max it is 5%
    If my device is turned on, once I load, I receive a notification.
    Battery temperature is low,
    Please check the using environment.
