ITEL A12 STOCK ROM/FIRMWARE

Note
Follow the instructions on how to flash the device carefully below
I will not take responsibility on whatever may happen to your device.
Flash at your own risk!

Make sure you are downloading the exact ROM of the device you want to flash because 
 flashing a wrong firmware, can render the device useless 
(can't power on, can't charge and will not be detected by a computer)

How to flash this device using Research Download or UpgradeDownload Tool

Download an install SPD drivers from here
Download the latest version of Research Download or UpgradeDownload from here
Extract and Launch Research Download/UpgradeDownload Tool
Click on load icon
Navigate to the folder containing the firmware
Select the pac file in the firmware folder
Wait for it to load in Research Download/UpgradeDownload tool
Click Play/Start button
Now connect the device to PC while holding volume down key
(Some new devices requires holding volume up key)
Wait for flashing process to complete
When you see Passed! Then note that the flashing or upgrading process is complete
Disconnect and boot up device

You can also use tools like Miracle Box, infinity CMII, Volcano, GPG Dragon etc to flash or upgrade SPD devices 


ITEL A11 QUICK REVIEW 
Itel A51 runs on a 1.3 GHz quad-core with ARM Mali 400 MP2 Spreadtrum SC7731C SoC. 512MB RAM and 8GB internal Storage. Preloaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Standard connectivity present are Wifi, bluetooth and gps available. Dual SIM  standby (EDGE / GPRS, HSDPA+).

      Itel A 11 S/n:H9N11 it's falling to open screen.i don't know exactly code which I can enter outside of screen . it's tells me to enter Emergency codes now I don't the code . What may supposed to do? I need help.
