How to flash/upgrade this device
Note
Follow the instructions on how to flash the device carefully below
I will not take responsibility on whatever may happen to your device.
Make sure you are downloading the exact ROM of the device you want to flash because
flashing a wrong firmware, can render the device useless
(can't power on, can't charge and will not be detected by a computer)
Download and install vivo drivers from here
Download and extract the firmware of the phone you want to flash or upgrade
Download and extract Fastboot 6.0 gui package here
Launch Fastboot.exe and wait for its gui window to appear
Now drag flash_all.bat script found inside firmware folder into Fastboot 6.0 window
Click Start button then put device into fastboot mode by pressing volume down + Power button for about 5 seconds and connect device to PC with USB cord
Wait for process to complete
Reboot phone.
