Go to site, type product code of the device or scroll down the list and select your device model number
Look for the ffu file and download.
How to flash Lumia phones with FFU firmware
Normally I prefer flashing these types of phone using infinity BEST tool because its easy to use but for those who don't have it can follow the method below
Download and install Windows device recovery tool from here
The firmware to be flashed is supposed to be in ffu extension. If you downloaded it as a zip file, extract it with winrar or 7zip so as to have the ffu firmware.
Launch command prompt (CMD) on your PC as administrator.
Type/copy and paste the following into the CMD console
for 32 bit PC
"cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Care Suite\Windows Device Recovery Tool"
for 64 bit PC
"cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Care Suite\Windows Device Recovery Tool"
Now turn off your device and connect to PC
After connecting phone, type or copy and paste the following into the CMD console
"thor2 -mode uefiflash -ffufile "C:\the location of the ffu\file name.ffu" -do_full_nvi_update -do_factory_reset"
Wait till your phone shows a green screen which means flash process is successful. This process can take about 10 minutes.
Now type or copy and paste the following into the CMD console
“thor2 -mode rnd -bootnormalmode”
Device should now reboot to normal
