Letv X500 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop upgradeable to 6.0 marshmallow themed with EUI 5.5 OS .

This device is a 5.5-inch ips touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 X 720 pixels 403 ppi . A size of 151.1 x 74.2 x 7.5 mm and weighs about 169g.

Powered by 2.2GHz octa-core processor MediaTek Helio X10 Turbo MT6795T with PowerVR G6200 GPU and 3GB of RAM. There’s also 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 64GB with microSD. 

There is a 13MP primary camera with LED Flash and a 5-megapixel front selfie camera.

This is a dual SIM Phone with other connectivity options like Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth 4.0. Supports 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks. Sensors on this phone include fingerprint, Compass Magnetometer, Ambient light sensor, Accelerometer, Proximity sensor and Gyroscope.

This device is powered with a 3000Mah non-removable battery

How to flash this device using SP Flash Tool
Note
Follow the instructions on how to flash the device carefully below
I will not take responsibility on whatever may happen to your device.
Flash at your own risk..

Make sure you are downloading the exact ROM of the device you want to flash because 
 flashing a wrong preloader, will make the device completely dead 
(can't power on, can't charge and will not be detected by a computer)

Download, MTK VCOM USB drivers from here
Download SP Flash Tool from here
Launch Flashtool inside the extracted folder
Click on Download Agent button then navigate into flashtool folder and select MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin
Press CTRL + ALT + S on your keyboard to enable Authentication file bar
Click on Auth file button then navigate into the flashtool folder and select auth_sv5.auth
Now click on scatter loader button
Select the scatter file inside the stock ROM folder of the device you want to flash
Select Firmware upgrade from drop down menu
Click Download Button
Now turn off and connect your device to PC
Wait for flashing process to complete
Reboot device

If there was no cache or userdata inside the ROM folder, you might need to factory reset device from recovery after flash
