      1. The ROM is working fine.
      2. Cache files and user_data are not necessary to flash a phone.
      3. If your phone hangs at boot logo after flashing, do a factory reset.
      4. If problem persist, Flash only system.img (tick only android in sp flash tool)
      5. If still like that know that its a hardware prob.

      To remove privacy lock, in sp flash tool, load scatter file then enter Format Tab click Start and connect the phone. When process is complete which takes abt 4secs, go back to Download Tab and click download connect the phone again to load back ROM.

    I downloaded the Stock ROM for Opsson S7 from here and each time I tried to extract it with winrar, it aborts at system.IMG. It kept writing "file corrupt". I searched and downloaded from Hovatek forum, extracted it successfully and flashed. Now it boots to the Opsson logo and hangs there. It does not boot up fully. That is, it does not come on. Please help me. Thanks

      cache and userdata is just there to factory reset your device. If you use flash a device using rom without them, you might need to do a factory reset from recovery menu. hope this ans ur question.

      Well I dont have the 151204 Lollipop ROM that will work on the ones you are talking about. But you can always use the Marshmallow ROM to unbrick those ones.

      Note that there are now clones(copy) of this phone. So dont confuse them with the real ones

      Is it showing red light on the camera flash?..... Cos I had d same problem with s6 clone, after formatting and flashing the wrong preloader, d phone couldn't accept d original firmware.... When looking for the file, make sure u use d file that has d same build number eg: mine has build number JDQ39 ANDROIDXXUAMDL galaxy s6 clone
